The Cynthia C. Lazarus Leadership Development Fund

To honor retired CEO/President, Cynthia C. Lazarus, the YWCA Board of Directors has created a fund to continue her legacy of helping women from all walks of life grow as leaders.  This endowment will be used to support leadership and development initiatives for YWCA staff, program participants and residents of the YWCA Women’s Residency.
