The Columbus Dispatch | Article | For those wanting to see Columbus become more equitable for all walks of life, especially for people of color and other marginalized communities, YWCA Columbus wants them to dream just how far the city could go. And no idea is too far-fetched.
“We want people to think about what life would be like if things were different,” said Spencer Stultz, the diversity, equity and inclusion lead trainer at YWCA Columbus. “The guiding light behind it will be what could these systems look like if we were mindful of human dignity and have actual just systems.”
