YWCA Columbus is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.
Since 1886, YWCA Columbus has been at the forefront of advancing social justice, providing essential services, and promoting empowerment and inclusion. Today, as we look toward the future, we uphold a rich legacy of service with a renewed focus on the obstacles and opportunities facing women, families, and all those we serve.
Organized into five priority areas, our comprehensive, three-year strategic plan was built with the expertise of our staff, residents, students, board members, and community leaders. The result is a thoughtful prescription for our collective vision, rooted in the following values.

Thank you to Crane Group for strengthening our strategic plan at this critical time for housing in our community.
