YWCA Columbus Welcomes Two New Faces

COLUMBUS, OH - AUGUST 11, 2025 | YWCA Columbus is pleased to welcome two new team members:

  • Dana Raymond, chief financial officer

  • Lauren Wisenbarger, advocacy & organizing coordinator

Dana comes to YWCA from Leaderpromos Marketing Agency and previously served as a corporate controller with LINK Property Management and as an accounting consultant for Nationwide. She holds a BS in accounting and an MBA in finance from the University of Dayton.

Dana brings a strong background in nonprofit finance and strategic leadership. Already, she has offered new perspectives on achieveing the goals within YWCA’s 3-year strategic plan.

Lauren is a licensed social worker and MSW graduate from The Ohio State University with a deep commitment to social justice, civic engagement, and equitable access to democracy. During her MSW placement with the ACLU of Ohio, she led communications initiatives including a social media campaign to engage and inform college students ahead of the 2024 presidential election, a blog series on the power of prosecutors and profiles to educate voters, and a Black History Month campaign elevating banned books by Black authors.

In addition to her policy and advocacy work, Lauren served on the Field Team Committee for the Columbus Safety Collective campaign, on which she planned and executed both a drive-thru signature collection event and a door-to-door canvass to mobilize community support.

Please join us in congratulating them both and welcoming them to the YWCA Columbus family.
